The gated 55+ neighborhood of Cresswind at the Ponds
is contained within the master planned 11 acre preserve
community of The Ponds in Summervile. The 56 homesites
in this neighborhood are surrounded by natural woodlands
with sidewalks connecting the community's 21 miles of

The 4,000 square foot Farmhouse, an historic
building believed to have been built in the 1830's,
serves as the community's clubhouse. The Farmhouse
